All hearing aid purchases include a 30-90 day trial period, beginning on the date the customer is fitted with the product.

A hard return-by date will be provided with each order. This date represents the deadline by which the hearing aids must be returned in order to qualify for a full refund and to meet manufacturer return requirements.

If the hearing aids are returned by the hard return-by date, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price, issued to the original payment method. No additional explanation is required.

Failure to return the hearing aids by the hard return-by date may result in the return being denied and/or the refund amount being reduced, depending on manufacturer policies and eligibility.

Customers are encouraged to contact HOH as soon as possible if they have questions or need assistance initiating a return.. NO FINE PRINT NEEDED!
